Yahoo Ranking Factors

My collegues and I have been continuing our discussions of what the factors might be for ranking in Yahoo. We have come across that Yahoo still values links and keyword metatags, where Google does not. We have also started discussing code issues, such as placing javascript code into a .js file and calling it when needed. We think that this may clean up the code and make it more friendly for the robots to crawl it. We have also began thinking about going with tableless designs.

Another factor that we have come across is whether or not Yahoo favors those that pay for inclusion. If someone pays Yahoo to have their site included in the index, does Yahoo rank the site above those that use the free submit option.

Any other factors for ranking in Yahoo.
